
http://livetechau.com - I find that the issue for me with Android's backup feature is that it will not fully restore everything like iOS does. Sure, it will remember what apps you've downloaded and sync all your Google data across but what about alarms, wallpapers, ringtones, themes ect. Of course this can be achieved by rooting the device. But what about those every day consumers? This seems to be a problem for Android due to all the custom skins on top of each phone, whether it be Samsung's Touchwiz or HTC's Sense. Hopefully all these issues can be fixed in the next iteration of Android (Key Lime Pie).
