Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has told starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi that he would not be playing regularly at other top six Premier League clubs as the player grows increasingly frustrated by a lack of regular opportunities.Hudson-Odoi scored one and made one for Chelsea in the 4-0 victory over Bate Borisov in the club’s last Europa League game but he is still to make an appearance in the Premier League or Carabao Cup this season.Hudson-Odoi, who won the Under 17 World Cup with England last year, has 18 months remaining on his contract and is stalling on a new five-year deal amid interest from Germany and Spain. The player is understood to believe he is ready for more Premier League minutes.Sarri, however, has told the teenager to be patient. The Italian said: ‘For the Premier League, I don’t know. I don’t think that in Manchester City, Manchester United, other big teams, there are players who were born in the year 2000 with many minutes. 'To be in those clubs it is really very difficult. I hope in the future there will be a chance for Callum and also Ethan Ampadu. 'They have to improve every day physically and tactically. They are technically very good.’
