Based on research of customers Eco Liquid Waste discovered the majority of their customers had little knowledge of how a septic system works, and therefore had little idea how to manage the system. Some did not even know the location of their septic tank. They also discovered that many operators took short cuts when emptying septic tanks. Education about Septic systems therefore is part of their business culture.
